Recently nominated for the 2022 Change Maker Award by the Real Money Talk Summit, Dr. Karen Hills Pruden, is an award-winning author, global keynote speaker, community leader, entrepreneur and female leadership strategist. With a background in operations and human resource leadership, her career spans two decades and several industries including education, museums, home improvement, non-profit, and tax preparation. Dr. Pruden worked her way up from an entry-level position to a seat at the table in the C-Suite. Her life work is a full commitment to help women influence and impact their way into senior leadership.
